Delivery Information

Delivery Cost

The cost of delivery is included in our prices to all of the UK Mainland with only a few exceptions.

The outlying areas North of Sterling in Scotland and all of Devon and Cornwall may incur extra charges. Please ask for a quotation for delivery to these areas.

Delivery Placement

We will generally inform you of our delivery date at least two days prior to delivery and specify either am or pm . When we arrive at the delivery address we will normally bring the goods into the room inside the door. Prices include delivery to site only (1 man based on wheelchair access to site). If any special handling is required then this will be charged at cost and must be arranged when the order is placed.

Small order delivery charges

A minimum of £25 small order surcharge will be added to all orders totalling less than £600 net for each individual point of delivery.

Delivery times

Due to traffic issues and distances involved sometimes deliveries may be attempted outside of normal office hours.

Lead times.

As most of our products are made to order to your desired specifications we are normally able to deliver on a 6 week lead time. Larger or more complicated requirements may take longer. We also offer a restricted Essentials collection on a 21 day lead time for those more urgent requirements. Notwithstanding all of this, we appreciate that sometimes this is not ideal so we will always do our best to try and accommodate any special requirements.
